Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
All parts ordered are shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment. Furnaces can be shipped after payment clears by scheduling a delivery thru e-mail or by phone. Any backordered item will be shipped as soon as possible at no additional shipping charge. Please include any special shipping instructions with your order.

Returns:

We gladly accept returns up to 30 days on all unused non-damaged parts, except piping, which is custom cut to order at the time of sale. Unused means that the product has not be assembled or used in any way. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the returned item to process your refund. You are responsible for returning the product in new, resalable condition. It must arrive unused in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and user manuals. You are responsible for paying all costs for return shipping and insurance, or it can be brought to our store for a refund.

Shady K's can not accept responsibility for damage incurred after a customer has signed for the merchandise in good condition. Outdoor furnaces, greenhouse stock, and nursery stock are all non-returnable.
